Q: How long does shipping take?

A: All orders are shipped within 2-5 working days. Inland parcels are sent via first class mail and typically arrive within 3 working days. International orders are sent via airmail and are typically received within 6 - 10 working days but please allow 28 working days.

Q: Where is my order?

A: Whist the majority of order arrive within 5 working days (15 working days overseas), please allow 28 days for delivery. If you have not received your order after this time please contact us to resolve the problem.
