Shipping Costs & Times:

• We aim to dispatch within 5 working days.


• Shipping is £2.45 within the UK. Cost varies to other countries and is added automatically at checkout.


• Whist we are usually able to get your order to you within 7 working days (15 working days, internationally), please allow 28 working days for delivery from date of dispatch to allow for the unpredictabilities of the postal service.


• If you have not received your order after this time please contact us to resolve the problem.


• All items are dispatched from the UK.


• Parcels are sent via Royal Mail using a non-sign for service. They will also, in most cases, fit through your letterbox. This means you do not have to be in for your delivery. It also means your parcel will not have a tracking number.

International Shipping:

• International orders are accepted as standard. Please see above.

Payment Methods:

• We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via Paypal as well as all other forms of Paypal payment.


• It is possible to pay with your credit/debit card through Paypal without setting up an account. Just follow the instructions during checkout.

Returns Policy:

• You have 3 days, from receipt, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange it. Unsolisited returns cannot be accepted.


• Any breakages or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt.


• If an item is broken in transit please contact us immediately to resolve the problem.


• In the event of a return or exchange we regret that we will be unable to refund the cost of postage in either direction.

Zero Waste Policy:

We are striving to be a zero waste company. All parcels that leave our hands are carefully designed to ensure that all packaging used can either be recycled or reused (and in most cases, both). We use second hand boxes where possible and if bubble wrap or Jiffy bags are used, we use the biodegradable versions ONLY. We are a plastic-free zone.

Terms and Conditions:

• Please allow 28 days for delivery from the date your payment has been received. You should receive your order well within this timeframe.


• Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be held responsible if it is not.


• Any breakages or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt.


• Returns and exchanges must be arranged within 3 days of receipt. In the event of a return/exchange we regret that we will be unable to refund the cost of postage. Proof of postage should be obtained in case of loss when you return your item/s.
